AI Video First Frame Guide

The first frame acts like a visual contract. A clean starting composition gives the generator fewer ambiguities and makes subject motion, camera motion and continuity easier to control.

First-frame checklist

  1. Make the subject easy to identify.
  2. Leave physical room for the requested movement.
  3. Avoid poses that already look unstable or anatomically ambiguous.
  4. Keep background geometry readable if it must remain consistent.
  5. Decide the camera direction before writing the motion prompt.
