The first frame acts like a visual contract. A clean starting composition gives the generator fewer ambiguities and makes subject motion, camera motion and continuity easier to control.
First-frame checklist
- Make the subject easy to identify.
- Leave physical room for the requested movement.
- Avoid poses that already look unstable or anatomically ambiguous.
